Terms & Conditions For ATM Installation:

Property
The property must be suitable for an ATM installation, with enough space and access to electricity, internet, and other utilities. The property should be in a commercial or developed residential area

Lease deed
The successful vendor must execute a lease deed as per the standard terms and conditions. The lessors and the SBI will share the stamp duty and registration charges of the lease deed equally.

NOC
The applicant must have a NOC for B-set installation or a written application signed by all the residents of the building

Customer assistance
The customer is responsible for assisting the ATM personnel during the installation and service phase. The customer must also ensure the safety of the personnel and materials at the installation site. Intellectual property rights
The customer will exempt the ATM from third party claims regarding intellectual property rights as long as the ATM is not defective.

Location
The location shall not assign or dispose of any of its rights or obligations under the agreement without prior written consent of the owner.

Waiver
A waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of the agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that party's rights to demand strict compliance with the agreement.
